Reporting SPAM that gets through GoSecure

Please note that if an email does get caught in the SPAM filter (GoSecure) and you see it in your quarantine digest, there is nothing more that needs to be done and you can simply leave it there. After 30 days it will be automatically removed.

To report SPAM that gets through the SPAM filter and arrives in your inbox please do the following:

– Select the message that made it through the SPAM filter and choose Message –> Forward as attachment:

 

– In the to: field put: spam@lifeplusworldwide.com

– Once you have sent the email as an attachment to that address, you can delete the SPAM email and you are all done
